Online Payments Notifications
- We send payment notifications by SMS and only from the sender id KCINES. SMS is not only your booking confirmation source, you can also check your Booking History.
- Booking History, you can find from "My Account" from the top right corner of the page or click Current Booking History to reach the page.
- Other than karurcinemas.com , we are not selling our tickets online in any other sources. Kindly avoid tickets if someone selling in our name in any websites.
- If you have any payment related issues, our payment support team will get notified and they help you confirm tickets ONLY if we received payments.
- Our technical team, support team or anyone in our office ask for Credit Card and any other bank details or OTP from you, if anyone do so, kindly ignore. We do not have any facility to confirm tickets via OTP.
- Since few customers not received SMS alerts, made facilities to make the payment confirmation list visible as soon as you logged in.
